Доработка API приложения для Инстаграм

Необходимо реализовать небольшой функционал используя Instagram Graph API. Только для тех кто имеет опыт работы API и OAuth. Желателен опыт с тестированием (jest/mocha/etc...). Реализовать нужно на php или nodejs.
Почему php или nodejs: это небольшой проект с бэкендом на php. Допустимо и желательно переписать его на nodejs. Но можно и продолжить делать на php. Сейчас объем кода 45кб и шаблонов 55кб. Для переноса на nodejs подойдёт koa или хотя бы express.
Вполне возможно и приветствуется создание автономного сервиса на nodejs.
Внимание: В ответе должно быть указано на чем хотите делать php/nodejs.
И уточните ваше мнение по отношению к вопросу переписывания всего проекта на nodejs (стоимость обсуждается отдельно)

есть значительный опыт работы с OAuth и, конечно php.
Нода быстрее, если у вас на сервере все как надо настроено. Но вы это не почувствуете на малых нагрузках.
Предлагаю продолжить ваш проект на php.
