Логика работы:
Клиент выбирает, что планирует использовать доставку ЕМС, и в момент выбора он уже должен видеть цену на доставку, если контактные данные (почтовый индекс) были заполнены ранее. Если почтовые данные заполнены не были, то при заполнении поля индекс надо отобразить инфу о стоимости доставки рядом с полем индекс (и естественно обновить инфу в корзине).
До двух килограмм стоимость доставки фиксированная и составляет 550р. (свыше 6000р. - бесплатно).
Модуль начинает рассчитывать тариф если вес посылки более 2 кг. От тарифа ЕМС в этом случае минусуется 200р.
Стоимость доставки бесплатна, если сумма заказа более 6000р. Но только для заказов менее 2-х кг.
