На WP должна создаться запись в формате черновик. После чего админ сайта дополнит ее и опубликует уже ручками.
Итого -
1. на стороне WP реализовать плагин который будет принимать данные.
2. на стороне учетной системы предоставить php файл скрипта в который мы можем подставить параметры на входе и отправить их в WP.
Спецификация обмена в виде таблицы соответствия полей - готова, всего 30 полей в обмене.
