Сам сайт скорее всего не отправляет никакие ответы о неуспешной оплате обратно на сайт, поэтому и нету такой функции.

Как решение, все заказы которые оплачиваются картой - помечать как "Ожидают оплаты", а уже оплаченные будут изменять свой статус на "Оплачен".

Тем самым вы сможете фильтровать оплаченные заказы и те которые ожидают оплаты, по другому никак.

Если же хотите чтобы неоплаченные заказы не отображались в админке, можно попробовать устанавливать им статус заказа 0. Тогда их не будет видно и не будут мешать. Особо других решений не вижу, исходя из того что прочитал, хотя возможно где-то что-то не так понял 🙂
