Необходимо создать условие:
Если создано «правило каталога» (ценовые правила), то не работает «специальная цена» и отключено окно для ввода купона при оформлении заказа.
И наоборот если нет никаких «правил каталога», то «специальная цена» и окно купона активно.
Подробно:
В нашем магазине на разный товар разные скидки. Процент скидки мы указываем для каждого товара в разделе «специальная цена». Решили сделать «чёрную пятницу» и чтоб на весь товар была единая скидка -40%.
Столкнулись с проблемой! При создании правила каталога -40% скидка действует только на тот товар, у которого нет дополнительных скидок, то есть «специальная цена» работает в приоритете. Каталог товаров не маленький и удалять на один день, а потом опять заполнять спец цену - не вариант!
Второе. Чтоб не работали дополнительные купоны в этот день.
Кто сможет решить проблему, пишите и предлагайте оценку этой работы.

подключаетесь через стор менеджер. делаете експорт правил цен в цсв для бекапа.
потом применяете скидку (через тот же сторменеджер) на все товары и ставите до какого числа действует скидка. все.
