Ну по сути, просто по API платежной системы, получать подтверждение оплаты - открывать просмотр видео - вариант 1.
Если платежная система дает возможность добавлять текст какой-то или ссылку на страницу уведомления об оплате - то просто добавить ссылку на страницу просмотра, и с момента перехода отсчитывать 7 дней, потом просмотр закрывать - вариант 2.
А так - посмотреть надо что за сайт, как работает ПС, и потом можно что-то точно сказать... -
С тем, чтобы открыть доступ для просмотра после оплаты проблем нет. Нужно, чтобы доступ давался автоматически (не вручную). Ну и чтобы было условие, что если конкретный пользователь прошел процедуру оплаты, то для него становится доступна страница просмотра. А если просто зарегистрировался - то нет. "Посмотреть" на сайт - Вы имеете в виду залезть в админку? Или просто адрес?
