At the same time, it is clear from the current website that it needs to be organized systematically: structure, menu, duplicates, test elements, product pages, applications, payments, personal account, and access to materials after purchase.

I already have relevant experience with educational projects: I developed and currently maintain the website of an online education institute, and I also developed a webinar system for the dental field with personal accounts, training events, points for learning, and tracking progress. In addition to web development, I also engage in mobile development, so I can consider not only the current web version but also the potential development of the project towards a mobile application.

For implementation, I would suggest not to overload everything with a large number of plugins in WordPress/WooCommerce, but to transfer the project to Laravel.

Why I suggest Laravel:

— the website will not be overloaded with unnecessary plugins;

If a proper backend structure is created on Laravel from the start, it will be much easier to connect a mobile application, subscriptions, push notifications, personal accounts, and access synchronization later. Such logic can also be attempted on WooCommerce, but it often turns into a large number of plugins.
