There is a ready-made system based on Google Sheets + Google Apps Script, which is used for accounting production (cooking) and shipments (logistics).
Forms are working — data is correctly recorded, there are reference books and logic.
It is necessary to improve the appearance, make it responsive, integrate with Telegram, and add dashboards for analytics.
🔧 What has already been implemented:
Working web forms (cooking and shipments) via
doGet;Connection with Google Sheets;
Reference books (products, clients, etc.);
Automatic recording of date and time.
💡 Required improvements:
1️⃣ Responsive Interface
Bring all forms to a unified modern design (UI/UX, corporate colors);
Optimize for mobile devices (no horizontal scrolling, neat display on smartphones);
Add a visual notification of saving (success/error).
2️⃣ Main Menu
When opening via the link — start page with section selection:
→ Cooking
→ Shipment
(future expansion possible — Receiving, Inventory).
3️⃣ Integration with Telegram
When saving the form, send a message to the Telegram bot, for example:
