1. Нужно поменять дизайн главной страницы ( добавил скрин) .
2. Создать страницу инпутов где будет :
- Дата покупки
- Номер каталога
- Место покупки (раскрывающийся список или выбор между 3 вариантами - веб-сайт компании, Amazon, другое)
- имя и фамилия
*** Все пункты будут видны в дизайне ( страница почти готова)
3. Добавить гугл капчу для защиты от спама
