Нет, это сайт который нужно доделать. У фрилансханта есть ограничения и проект нельзя опубликовать если в описании меньше 200 символов, нужно было что-то дописать.

Почему нельзя было текст из документа вставить в поле ввода задачи и не было бы такой глупой проблемы с требованием 200 символов.
