Draftsperson to Prepare Development Application Drawings

An Australian company, investing  in promising new projects in Australia and New Zealand, is looking for an experienced draftsperson to prepare a detailed drawing for a Development Application (DA). The project is a digital billboard that will be installed in Nerang, Queensland, Australia.

Project scope:
• Prepare the DA drawing strictly in accordance with the sample we will provide.
• Incorporate information from the Digital Sign Assessment and Traffic Assessment, which we will also share.
• Include all necessary attributes in the drawing, specifically:
1. Dimensions of the Screen
2. Dimensions of the Sign Frame
3. Dimensions of the Name Plate (if applicable)
4. Height to the Peak of the Structure
5. Materials Detail
6. Pole Detail
• Ensure the final drawing meets all relevant Australian standards for DA submissions.
