Dynamics Crm 2013 кастамизация
Приветствую,
У меня уже кастамизированая версия.
Сейчас когда кликаешь на номер телефона, начинает идти звонок через Microsoft Lync, и всплывает новое окно которое создает новую запись ЗВОНОК. После сохранения нового ЗВОНКА, старый ЗВОНОК который был в карточке Контрагента ОТКРЫТЫЙ, автоматом переходит в статус ЗАВЕРШЕН. Когда делал эту кастамизацию не подумал о том что завершенных звонков у контрагента будет много и не очень удобно смотреть историю взаимодействия с контрагентом открывая кучу завершенных звонков.
Что надо сделать:
1) Оставить возможность чтоб у Контрагента было Несколько документов ЗВОНОК
2) Добавить возможность чтоб в документе Звонк можно было ставить маркер (галочку) – ОСНОВНОЙ ЗВОНОК.
3) Только один ЗВОНОК в карточке Контрагента может быть ОСНОВНЙ (тот, где стоит галочка)
4) При нажатии click to call, чтоб всплывал в отдельном окне ЗВОНОК в статусе ОСНОВНОЙ. ( для того чтоб внести суть проведенных тел переговоров)

Потом будут еще другие доработки, не пишу чтоб не распылятся.
