Для застройщика необходимо составить 3-Д модель в 2 линии (верх-низ труб, кабелей) существующих инженерных подземных сетей, в пределах строительной площадки, на основании геоподосновы с нанесенными сетями, отметками заложения коммуникаций от верха земли, диаметрами. Последующее добавление проектируемых сетей с размерами коммуникаций и их размерами.
Цель - наглядность расхождения и не пересечения коммуникаций при производстве работ по укладке проектируемых коммуникаций.

Зачем верх низ трубы. Рисовать в объёме с натуральными диаметрами сетей.

Все же хотелось бы увидеть исходные данные. Выполнял подобную задачу, правда для внутренних сетей при прокладке Вент каналов. Все зависит от съёмки. Покажите, пожалуйста исходник.
