Expert in Personal Brand Promotion and Expert Community ProMeta

We are looking for a creative assistant / content partner to develop the ProMeta expert project — a community of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and specialists in the beauty industry (beauty salons, hair experts, cosmetologists, department heads).
Task – systematic promotion of the expert brand and community through content and communication on social media.
🔹 What will need to be done:
Creating content and creatives (visuals, headlines, sections, stories)
Editing short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from ready-made material or based on specific ideas
Launching new sections, formats, selecting topics and content presentation
Finding heroes for transformational interviews / video stories (entrepreneurs, masters, experts)
Working on developing the personal brand of the project leader
Planning, designing, publishing, light SMM (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
🔸 What is important:
Understanding the principles of brand and community promotion through social media
Ability to think in formats, images, stories, not just posts
Preferably — experience in the beauty field or at least an interest in it
Skills in working with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Instagram/YouTube tools are welcome
Initiative: you are needed not just as a performer, but as a co-creator of the process
📍 Work format:
Remote, hourly or fixed volumes / fees per task
Flexible schedule, regular communication
Long-term collaboration is possible
