Meta App Review Expert: Obtaining Human Agent Approval for CRM
We are looking for a specialist with experience successfully passing Meta moderation (App Review). The main goal is to obtain Human Agent approval for our CRM system.
About the project:
We are developing a multichannel CRM platform for sales automation and support. The system aggregates messages from Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and other messengers.
Current status:
The application's use case has been generally approved by Meta.
We have already received a number of permissions: pages_show_list, instagram_manage_messages, business_management, pages_manage_metadata, and others.
There is a ready platform, configured test accounts, and recorded screencasts.
Problem:
The last submission for Human Agent and pages_messaging was rejected with the wording: "Screencast Not Aligned with Use Case Details (Developer Policy 1.6)". The reviewer claims that the video does not demonstrate the complete "end-to-end" process, specifically the manual work of the agent and the confirmation of message delivery in the official client.
-
Well, it's more like this - it's not just about resubmitting the application, but gathering a package so that the Meta reviewer can clearly see the full path of the message in the CRM and in the official client without any guesses. I can take on the audit of the rejection, the editing of the use case scenario, the structure of the screencast, the policy checklist, and the preparation for the resubmission of Human Agent and pages_messaging.
I would estimate the first stage at 18,000 UAH and 5 working days. If after the audit it turns out that the CRM itself or the test roles need to be refined, then it's better to separate that out, because Meta moderation often penalizes not for the code, but for unclear demonstration. I've caught myself on this - a minor inconsistency in the video sometimes costs a week of waiting =)
I would simplify it - first break down the Developer Policy 1.6 rejection into requirements, then gather a new screencast scenario with a manual agent response, delivery confirmation, roles, test accounts, and final text for App Review. We can also check if the existing permissions pages_show_list, instagram_manage_messages, business_management, pages_manage_metadata conflict with the product description.
From your side, access to Meta for Developers, test CRM, test Instagram or Facebook pages, and the previous submission text are needed. Two clarifications - was the rejection only for the video or also for the text description of the permission? And secondly - does the screencast already show the real response from the operator with the CRM and its delivery in Messenger or Instagram?

I have experience in developing and integrating CRM systems. Your task of obtaining permissions for the Human Agent seems clear. I can provide the necessary support for this integration.
I work at a rate of $15/hour. I would be happy to discuss the project details.

I will set up and record a flawless continuous screencast for your CRM system that clearly demonstrates to Meta reviewers the operation of the Human Agent tag in accordance with policy 1.6.
Did you capture in your previous video a single take without editing the moment when the operator manually responds to the client just outside the standard 24-hour window, and the final delivery of this message in the native mobile app Instagram?
Budget and deadlines will be discussed in private correspondence.

343 Hello!
I am interested in your project, especially the emphasis on manual analysis, business logic, and scenarios that are difficult to cover with automated checks.
I have experience testing web and API applications, including complex user flows, access role verification, authorization, session handling, edge cases, and non-standard system behavior scenarios.
I work with Postman, Swagger, automated/regression testing, detailed bug reporting, and have a practical understanding of OWASP Top 10 and approaches to security-oriented testing. I am also comfortable with manual analysis of application logic and re-checking after fixes.
I understand that in such tasks, not only automated results are important, but also careful manual analysis of scenarios, component interactions, and potential logical issues.
…
I would be interested in learning about the scope, type of goals, and expected depth of the audit.
I would be happy to discuss the details :)

196 I already have a practically ready approach for such Meta App Review submissions, which can be quickly adapted to your CRM and resubmitted without unnecessary drama. ))
As for the timeline, I would allocate 5-7 days for auditing materials, editing the script, recording a new end-to-end, and preparing an explanation for the reviewer.
Here, it seems the problem is not with the Human Agent itself, but rather that the reviewer did not see the complete chain from the incoming message to the manual response of the agent and delivery to the official Meta client. I would simplify it by gathering the submission script around one very clean case, where the page, Instagram or Messenger, the agent interface in the CRM, the manual response, the 24-hour time logic, and delivery confirmation are visible.
From your side, access to the Meta App Dashboard, test accounts, a test page, the CRM itself, and the previous submission text are needed. It would also be desirable to see the latest screencast and the complete wording of the rejection - without this, the assessment might be a bit like measuring the temperature with a kettle, meaning it’s possible, but better not to do it. =)
I would like to clarify 2 points:
… > Is the Human Agent needed specifically for Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or both channels?
> Is the manual action of the operator already shown in your video, rather than an automatic response from the system?
Similar cases:
> https://business.ingello.com/forma-crm - CRM and business logic for the operational work of the team
> https://business.ingello.com/vorfahr - process automation and working with integrations, similar in task type
> https://systems-fl.ingello.com/ua - main page of Ingello for the exchange
Overall, it’s fine, but the submission needs to be carefully repackaged for the reviewer’s eyes, as at Meta, often the most understandable scenario wins, not the smartest system.

256 Welcome! Our team has been working with web solution integration, social media API setup, and digital product support for 4 years. We know all the pitfalls of passing the Meta App Review and the requirements of moderators for applications in the Facebook Developer Console. We will help you properly prepare your developer account for review: we will check the correctness of the Graph API integration based on our experience in PHP and Python, help you correctly draft usage instructions for permissions, prepare the right test scenarios, and record benchmark screencasts for Meta moderators. We will also ensure that the privacy policy and security settings comply with the platform's strict rules for successful approval on the first try. We are ready to discuss the current status of your application and the necessary permissions in private messages.

3152 15 0 Good day.
I will set up a correct end-to-end scenario for the resubmission of Human Agent and pages_messaging, including a demonstration of the agent's manual response, delivery of the message to the official Meta client, and full compliance with Use Case Details. I will prepare the correct screencast, test flows, and check compliance with Meta Developer Policy 1.6. I will use Node.js for stable integration and quick refinement of CRM logic to meet review requirements.
I am ready to start now. I would appreciate the collaboration.

726 9 1 Hello! Having reviewed your project, I am ready to start working on it. I can offer optimal solutions to achieve the best results.

1872 9 0 The task is clear: to redo the screencast and submission under Developer Policy 1.6 to pass moderation on Human Agent after rejection with the wording about non-compliance with the use case.
We have worked with Meta App Review, passed Human Agent, and other sensitive permissions.
Typical reasons for such a rejection include: lack of a complete demonstration of the flow from receiving a message to responding, video edits, lack of evidence that a real person is responding, not showing delivery confirmation in the official Instagram or Facebook. I will rewrite the description according to Meta's requirements, record a new video in the correct format, and prepare a submission that accurately reflects what is on the screen.
Before starting, I will conduct an audit of the current submission and screencast for 1-2 days for free, providing a specific plan on what to change.
Please send the current video and submission text for analysis.
