For an email marketing agency, an email marketer is needed on a freelance basis. Payment depends on the set of tasks.
Required skills:
— experience in email marketing for at least 3 years (building relationships with the customer base, monetization, engagement, and retention)
— understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC
— knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL
— knowledge of English at a level no lower than Pre-Intermediate
— experience working with US and EU markets
— understanding of Churn/Retention metrics, how to set up/balance different channels to achieve goals
— understanding of cohort analysis
— experience working with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Customer.io
— skills working with Stripo, GA, Figma, LookerStudio
— experience with A/B testing
— understanding of retention management principles: segmentation, studying user triggers, building behavioral models and their use
— ability to analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns
— basic knowledge of HTML
Nice to have:
— experience with Push, in-app, SMS
