Project Description
There is a ready CSV file with customer data and personal product recommendations (1 customer → 1 product).
There are also ready email texts.
It is necessary to set up a full-fledged email campaign on one of the platforms: Klaviyo / Omnisend / Mailchimp.
What Needs to Be Done
1. Data Import
Import CSV with the following fields:
emailrecommended_product
Create corresponding custom fields in the chosen platform.
2. Campaign Preparation
Create a new list/segment based on the imported customers.
Upload the email text.
Insert variables (customer name, recommended product, discount code).
Set up the email formatting.
3. Testing
Perform a test send (to your address or mine).
Check the display of variables and the accuracy of the data.
4. Launching the Campaign
Set the optimal sending time (based on market/geography).
Launch a one-time campaign to the list.
If necessary, set up throttle (limit the sending speed if the database is large).
5. Report
Provide a report within 48–72 hours after launch:
open rate
click rate
unsubscribe rate
delivery errors (if any)
