We are looking for a specialist with experience in the industrial, construction, or technical B2B sector, who has practical experience in cold lead generation and independently organizes the client search process. Within the project, it is necessary to: find potential clients (general contractors, HVAC integrators, manufacturers of metal structures, metal surface treatment companies); collect contacts of responsible persons; make initial contact via email and cold calls; qualify leads and pass on potentially interested clients; maintain a contact database in CRM (TeamSale) or transfer it in an agreed format. Task: Process a data table that already contains 100 companies. Work for 2-3 weeks with a workload of 2-4 hours (via Safe). Experience working with companies in the industrial sector and understanding the specifics of contracting and construction projects in EU countries will be an advantage.

What exactly needs to be done: Independently gather a "hot" database (monitor OLX.pl, Pracuj.pl websites and find companies that are currently looking for any builders). Make calls, bypass secretaries, and reach decision-makers directly. Conduct a short dialogue using our script: identify the need (who they currently need on the construction site) and offer to fill it with our candidates on a payment-upon-fact basis. Working and payment conditions: Fully remote format, calls during Polish office working hours.
