Need the development of a website and e-mail newsletter system for monitoring Azerbaijani tenders with a paid subscription.
The project is a service that automatically tracks new tenders and sends notifications to the user based on specified parameters.

The system regularly parses Azerbaijani tender platforms

2. Subscription and filters
After registration, the user can create a subscription and specify:
Types of filters:

Filtering should work by:

3. Notification interval
The user chooses how often to receive notifications:
every 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 hours (or customizable)
4. E-mail notifications
If there are new tenders → the user receives an e-mail with the list
If there are no new tenders → a notification is sent
“No new tenders found for your request”
The newsletter is sent strictly according to the subscription interval
