Наша фирма занимается пассажирскими перевозками, вся информация записывается в тетрадь в ручную, нужно создать сеть из компьютеров для того что бы три оператора одновременно могли бронировать пассажиров и вносить информацию в таблицу. Таблица состоит из колонок: Имя, телефон, примечания. В офисе стоит бинотел полифония, звонки принимаем через микросип, в идеале,если это возможно, то что бы номера можно было с него переносить в таблицу и с таблицы звонить.
