Project: design of a creative website with atmospheric scenes

A designer is needed who can create visually atmospheric websites — not a standard landing page, but a page that looks like a small scene or episode from a game.
Three main screens need to be created that transition smoothly into one another.
Style — dark, neon, with fog and light effects.
Inspiration: The Gentlemen, Adikted, BNB Cartel — something with the vibe of an expensive “underground business,” but without going overboard.
What needs to be done:
First screen — a container or hangar among trees, a night atmosphere with light smoke, lighting, and shadows. The doors should react to the cursor (hover effect), with a tooltip “enter” appearing. A light moving animation can be added in the background — slow-moving clouds, flickering lights, smoke or fog, to make everything look “alive,” but without overwhelming it.
Second screen — a short “loading” that creates a sense of anticipation before transitioning to the laboratory. In the center of the screen, a grow lamp under which a plant is growing. The growth process can be executed as a smooth progress animation (from a small sprout to a full bush). A counter or text like “initializing...” / “processing...” can be added to emphasize the moment of “transition.”
Third screen — a laboratory or room in an underground style with neon accents. Behind the glass, rows of plants under lamps can be seen, in the center — an old computer (the main user terminal) with a green screen and text interface. On the wall — a board with formulas, diagrams, and short notes. Next to it stands a refrigerator (seed vault) with a sign “coming soon.” Further inside — a door with a warning sign “Restricted access — holders only.” Everything should look alive: light smoke, the hum of fans, soft neon lighting.
Additionally:
logo in the same style (simple, with a “brand” vibe);
banner for Twitter (1500×500), can be static or with light movement;
a bit of movement (smoke, light, hover effects), without complex animations.
Requirements:
experience in creating visually interesting websites (gaming / dark / neon style);
knowledge of Figma;
neatness, sense of style and atmosphere;
preferably 2–3 examples of similar works.
