Specialist tasks:
Conduct an audit of the current financial state and accounting system.
Set up correct income and expense accounting (for both cashless transactions and cash).
Create a clear structure for accounting invoices, receipts, payments, and transactions.
Develop a simple and functional interaction system for the team:
who, where, and what is entered (table, CRM, shared file, etc.);
how documents and confirmations are sent;
how operations are recorded by dates and categories.
Set up monthly reporting — to see the complete financial picture of the business: profit, expenses, liabilities, debts, and growth dynamics.
About the project:
The company operates in the car rental sector (Costa Blanca, Spain). We have active growth, an increasing fleet, and a constant flow of operations that require a competent financial system. The goal is not just to "keep the accounting," but to build a clear financial model that will provide management with a transparent view of the business at the end of each month.
Work format:
