It is necessary to use the components of Vuetify, a bit to stylish them.Getting needs adaptive (mobile and desktop version, on the mobile - one stack).The form consists of 4 steps, each independent of the previous.At the bottom of each step there are buttons.Back - just show the first step.Next - fail the current and if it's okay - switch to the next.Submit - instead of Next on the last step, actually causes a request to the server.The whole form is in one language, English.Fields can be the following types: line (usually input) text field (textarea) number (int) date (election of year/month/number).You need a convenient choice - first year, and then everything else, because the "page" of the month or 3 clicks to choose the year - is not conveniently masked order (introduction to the mask) for the phone/zip code/ssn/etc.Radio with a bull value (Yes/No)BoolRadio-component select (without requests to the API) file (avatar) with a cropper and a base64 line validation - standard (length, mail, etc.), conditional required (if some BoolRadio=true), compare dates (one date greater than another) and several regex.Some fields are displayed by condition, from the BoolRadio component or select.There is another component for the field massive (EntityList).It is used, for example, for a list of workplaces, when you can add a repeated "shadow" form and fill it.A default model with a scroll with Vuetify for rules, you can only stylish a little + get the text in it.To the single API request is added OpenAPI (Swagger) proof in full TZ.Technical requirements
