Formatting presentations

The essence of the project is in simple formatting of presentations. All templates (Slide Master), field layouts, headings, texts – are ready.

The theme of the presentations is corporate finance. This is a course of lectures at the university.

No information search for the slides is needed. All content for filling is ready.

The content is placed on the slide in the appropriate section. There is no need to even do copy-paste. The text should be left "as is", editorial processing is not required. Except for rare cases when the text does not fit.

The title slide, table of contents, and section dividers do NOT need to be processed. We leave them "as is". We only work with content slides.

In most cases, the task involves placing text in columns and blocks. Less often – formatting tables. Very rarely – a very simple scheme (Usually, the type or "sketch" will be indicated). Everything is available in examples.

The visualization is the simplest: increasing the font size of block titles, working with colors, adding minimalist design (line, border, fill). Adding additional objects (icons, complex objects), animations, etc. – is NOT needed. We use the colors and fonts of the template.

Very important! It is necessary to adhere to proportions and guiding lines. Currently, the template provides for 3 typical slides: 3x2, 4x2, 5x2 (3, 4, 5 columns for 2 rows respectively). It is very critical to align all objects according to these guidelines, choosing the appropriate Layout for the slide. It is never allowed to go beyond the "main field": the structure of the slides includes a title, a subtitle, and a main field. There should always be an empty line between them.

Fonts – large. 16 is the minimum for texts. For headings, 20 and above. Sometimes all text of headings can be in uppercase letters (font format – All caps). However, the slide should "breathe", so very large fonts should be used carefully to avoid overloading the content.

A total of 7 such presentations need to be produced, each containing ~50 slides for processing. The price is set for 1 presentation. Each subsequent presentation will be a new project under the same conditions – in case of successful completion of the previous one.

The deadline for 1 presentation is 1 day. The total project – 5 days. For speed and excellent quality – a bonus from the client.
