Имеется файл в Excel, с перечнем товаров. Товары распределены по группам, на отдельных листах.
Вносится информация о необходимом количестве того или иного товара.
После внесения количества на отдельный (первый) лист этого файла должна попасть информация о выбранном товаре.
Это предварительное создание заказа.
В количество товара могут вноситься изменения, при этом должна быть реализована кнопка "обновить заказ", при нажатии которой на первом листе должна обновиться информация о количестве.
Должна быть реализована кнопка "закрыть заказ", при нажатии которой информация на первом листе должна сохраниться в отдельный файл Excel, с определенным названием файла в конкретное место. При этом вся ранее внесенная информация о количестве и первый лист должны быть удалены. Т.е. файл, в который вносились данные о количестве, должен принять первоначальный вид - не иметь данных о количестве товара.

Возможно необходима более широкая автоматизация этого и других процессов работы, предлагаю не ограничиваться Excel, а сделать приложение с БД, с выводом заказов и других документов и отчетов. Начать с этого, а потом дополнять по мере необходимости другим функционалом. Примеры работ на сайте pvalab.com

Количество вносится в строки самих товаров на разных листах?
Число групп фиксированно?
Кроме вашего варианта можно предложить еще 2:
Можно сделать диалоговое окно на VBA, где вы будете выбирать товар из списка и в поле вносить кол-во. По кнопке "добавить", это значение будет попадать в первый лист.
Кнопку "Закрыть заказ" оставляем.
… Можно все реализовать как отдельную программу. У нее может быть отдельная БД, а можно сделать считывание номенклатуры из вашего-же файла Эксель.
