In Photoshop, create a document based on the old sample exactly as written.

I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the photo, the execution is terrible, it is clearly visible that it is unprofessional at least, this is my opinion and my experience. I will look for another freelancer to complete the process, this is just awful.
Maybe I wouldn't have been able to do better either, as I am not in the field at all. But the expectations were completely different.

If you want to ruin your rating, this client is for you. Not only did he call the work done clearly according to the terms of reference terrible without any justification, but he also closed the project without dialogue, not even trying to resolve anything or ask for any changes. He is a completely inadequate client.
