Задача состоит в том, чтобы убрать Elementor, не нарушив работу сайта, и создать дополнительные страницы на PHP.
при добаалении/удалении чего либо со страницы на элементор, меняются классы элементов и если были кастомные css стили, привязанные не к уникальным классам, они слетят.
единственный вариант, не трогать страницы на элементор, и сделать по ним верстку, а потом по верстке сделать шаблоны используя acf pro.
но как писали выше - нужно видеть сайт и понимать т.з.

У вас некорректно поставлена задача. Если вы хотите избавиться от elementor, то необходимо полностью пересоздавать сайт.
Проще доработать его с разработчиком специализирующимся на elementor, либо уже создать ТЗ на разработку по прототипу который существует. -
