A few comments, considering that you have an admin panel - there is no point in using Next at all, it would be an unnecessary layer.
Since this is an admin panel, I suggest using already existing UI libraries; I actively work with ShadCN and think it can cover 90% of the design.
Regarding payment for collaboration, I usually work on an hourly basis, but I am also flexible regarding milestones.
Let's try to set up a pilot project, for example, to configure authorization and some other functionality, to get used to each other and understand if we can work together further. I look forward to hearing from you in private messages.
