1. Folder "Scrolling Issues":
When a new message arrives via socket io (see SCROLLING comments), the window should scroll to the beginning of the message (the top of the message). Currently, this is implemented, but the problem is that sometimes the window scrolls to the end of the message (the end of the window). Also, if several messages are sent together (they arrive almost instantly, see data.number_ai_mess), it should scroll to the beginning of the message that arrived first (data.number_ai_mess === 1).
2. Folder "Widget Size and Animation":
The widget size needs to be increased by 30%.
Fix the smooth opening animation of the widget (it exists, but currently does not work due to display: none;) and ensure that hidden elements do not overlap other elements on the site (the reason why the animation was hidden).
Optimize the normal display of the window on mobile devices.
