Full-stack developer for OpenAI API integration
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to integrate the OpenAI API with our CRM system to automate customer support processes. The goal is to streamline the analysis of customer inquiries and order changes, generate structured feedback, and automate responses for both customers and authors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integration between our CRM system and the OpenAI API to extract and process customer support requests (both backend and frontend)
- Automate task analysis, generate responses to customers, and create feedback for authors using the OpenAI API.
- Implement text extraction from documents of various formats (PDF, DOCX, PPTX) using Python libraries such as pdfplumber, python-docx, and python-pptx.
- Develop a pipeline for processing images into text using GPT-4 Vision for scanned PDF documents and images (JPG, PNG).
- Create API requests to OpenAI for analyzing task descriptions, author work, and customer feedback.
- Parse OpenAI responses into structured results: task checklists, letters to customers, and instructions for authors.
- Implement a frontend tab (AI Analysis) in our CRM to display analysis results.
- Optimize token usage and assess API costs using tiktoken.
