Building an IT product that processes personal data of EU-based users and need a qualified GDPR specialist to conduct a full compliance review and prepare all required legal documentation. Looking for someone who has hands-on experience with real audits — not just theoretical knowledge.

📌 SCOPE OF WORK

GDPR compliance audit of the existing product/architecture
Data mapping and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service drafting (EN)
Data Processing Agreements (DPA) for third-party vendors and processors
Consent management framework and user rights procedures (access, erasure, portability)
Data Breach Response Plan and internal incident procedure
DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) if required

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Proven GDPR project experience — please provide examples
Familiarity with EU data protection authorities and enforcement practice
Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or IT startups preferred
Fluent written English (all documents delivered in English)
CIPP/E or equivalent certification is a strong plus
