I am developing a startup in the real estate sector abroad. (https://maprexanalytics.com/ru) Currently, having gathered large databases on new buildings and secondary real estate, I see a pressing problem with the speed of object selection. The main database is still in Google Sheets, then it is processed in Power BI into visual dashboards with filtering capabilities. Our client segment consists of professionals, i.e., agencies and agents, who then work with buyers, but initially, they need to quickly find what the client is requesting. Therefore, without the use of AI, the process is very slow and inefficient.
There are several tasks: 1. To provide suitable objects from the database based on voice requests with a brief description (literally this is the residential complex, location, number of bedrooms, area, view, price... we are currently developing a unified card for secondary real estate). 2. The ability to automatically request the availability of an object for sale from the owner and the current price through a chatbot or other means. 3. The ability to dictate which object is for sale, and AI would convert this into structured information.
How realistic are my "wants" and what should the database look like to make this possible?
