I need to check if there are VAT numbers in the system https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation specified in the Excel file. Column B should display whether they exist.
Important requirements:
- The website https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation is quite slow, so try to get only the necessary information without attempting to load images, etc. The number of codes in the test table should be checked in 5 minutes or less. If this cannot be implemented, please notify me, and we will discuss solutions.
- Propose all possible solutions. It can be done through app script, or not through app script, but if all else is equal, I would prefer it to work without app script. Suggest possible implementation options. (but in any case, everything must work in Google Sheets; exporting the file and performing any manipulations with it on a PC will not work as I have many connections in Google Sheets, and downloading the file will break those connections)
