Та помилка в тому щоб замість того щоб завести групи, зробити привязки і нормально сортувати - ви хочете спочатку визначати групи за умовами ( де згідно ТЗ ваша ж перша умова не проходить, тому що пперша умова входить до двох інших. Тобто як можна по цьому відсортувати? Якщо далі сортування неможливе?) - а потім по цим умовам посортувати? KISS та перший принцим SOLID - для ознайомлення)
