KHARKIV. Pick up documents from NTU "KPI"

The essence of the task:
It is necessary to obtain the original Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education and its supplement from the archive of NTU "KPI" (Kharkiv) and send it via Nova Poshta to Kyiv.

Client's input data:

Former student (expelled in 2017 from full-time studies, contract).

Physically located in Kyiv.

All data (full name, years of study, faculty) will be provided to the selected executor.

Scope of Work:

To conclude a legal assistance agreement (remotely, we will sign via electronic signature / Diia.Sign).

To form a power of attorney for representation of interests at NTU "KPI".

To contact the HR department / archive of NTU "KPI".

Critical nuance: Since the expulsion was in 2017 from a contract, there may be an unresolved clearance form. The task includes going through instances to close it (accounting, library, etc.).
Note: If the accounting department finds an old financial debt, I will immediately pay it online using the provided details.

To receive the original documents in hand and send them to me via Nova Poshta.

To send photos of the documents before sending (for confirmation).

Requirements for the executor:

Status of a lawyer (availability of a certificate and entry in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine) to work under the power of attorney. The option of issuing a notarized power of attorney and sending it by mail is not considered.

Willingness to complete the task within the next 3–5 working days.
