HR Manager / Recruiter
We are looking for a reliable HR manager who will handle the full cycle of recruiting specialists for our digital projects (lead generators, sales managers, project managers, designers, developers).
HR partner responsibilities
Analyze requirements for each role and create candidate profiles
Search and select specialists: resume screening, interviews, portfolio checks
Oversee onboarding: introduction to the project, monitoring initial tasks
Only pass candidates who fully meet the requirements for the role
Payment and motivation
10 % of the net profit of each project in which the candidate you found is involved
Payments are made immediately after receiving payment from the client
Transparent reporting in CRM — you can always see which projects you are earning a percentage from
Example of potential
Project cost — 1,200 $
Freelancer payout — 750 $
Net profit of the project — 450 $
Your payout — 450 $ × 10 % = 45 $
If you recruit a team for 10 projects per month — 450 $ net income monthly
