У нас есть - общий стиль существующей системы (уже сверстаный и более менее симпатичный).
У нас есть преокт который программирует php разработчик (который набрасывает в систему html код без красивого оформления),
Так же есть схематические вайфреймы.
Бюджета на заказ полноценного дизана интерфейса в проекте нет.
Нужен вертсальщик который сможет сверстальт все новые интерфейсы на лету в общей стилистике системы, без накруток за предварительное создание PSD дизайна.

Понятно, вам нужна верстка по ходу действия. Но, тут есть два важных момента. Во-первых, нужен пример (хоть в jpg; но лучше живой сайт) для оценки сложности верстки. Во-вторых, необходим предполагаемый вами подход к верстке. К примеру, поэтапная оценка, реализация и оплата. Или же другие варианты.
