I need an artificial intelligence-based chatbot, roughly an AI sales manager, that:
1) Can receive and process both text and voice messages (i.e., converts voice to text and responds like a regular conversation partner)
2) Integrates with one of the popular CRM systems, such as AmoCRM or Bitrix24, so that all correspondence is immediately saved and can be conveniently viewed later.
3) Sends responses not instantly, but with a slight random delay and shows a “typing effect” — to make it seem like a real person is responding.
4) Allows multiple conversations with different people simultaneously, so no one is left without a response, and no correspondence is lost.
5) Must save all chats with the ability to later view and analyze them conveniently.
6) Has its own knowledge base where all necessary information is stored — the bot relies on this base to give accurate and useful answers, and the base can be updated and expanded independently (for example, by adding new files, instructions, frequently asked questions).
