Така ілюстрація як в прикладі коштує щонайменше вп'ятеро дорожче. А ще ж є правки...

Иллюстрация в примере это то что должны уметь. В заказе для соц. сетей картинки проще. Для статей сложнее и дороже.Но как любой человек хочу потратить минимум времени и найти того кто может делать ВСЕ и гиф анимацию и илюстрации как простые так и сложные. Я много хочу?

Вам все правильно говорят по поводу стоимости, но есть одно "но":
Если речь идет о сборной солянке из стоковых скачанных рисунков и немного правок - это и правда 100 грн, и такую вещь может потянуть даже дизайнер. Но уникальность такого контента довольно спорная...
Если речь идет об уникальной иллюстрации, нарисованной специально под ваш сайт - вам нужен художник, и его услуги действительно будут стоить дороже. Ориентируйтесь от 7-10 дол/час, а там как договоритесь о доп. правах.

Ну так тоді в завданні повинно бути написано "переробка стокових зображень".
А натомість в завданні написано "Ілюстрації для соцмереж", а ще про ескізи і все таке. Тобто з того як сформульовано завданя складається враження що потрібен унікальний контент, а ціна вказана як за півгодинне жанглювання стоковими елементами.
Тому фрілансери стільки раз натиснули кнопочку "занижений бюджет".
