Slogan: Don't drain your budget!
The slogan should be readable on a sign of this size from 3 meters away. The second most readable element should be an image of a sewage truck.
Image idea: On the left side of the screen, there is a sewer manhole, from which money is being sucked out like a vacuum cleaner by the sewage truck. Money is flowing from the manhole into the hose of the sewage truck, which we will stylize to look like a hose with a vacuum cleaner attachment. We can depict only the rear part of the truck without the cabin, or we can show the truck in projection, as in the AI image that I am adding as an example. Money is flying into the sewage hose, and among them, our cheerful turquoise bacteria with insect nets are trying to catch all the bills and prevent them from being sucked into the hose. A pair of bacteria with nets has a bunch of caught money, while another one with an empty net is also trying to catch some.
Materials: I am adding an AI image as an example of the composition. Also, the image of our bacteria (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IxMLqT8ustNShy_1TqU8Gib3V49Dt_hG?usp=sharing) (the illustrator, if they choose a different style, can stylize our bacteria in their own style)
And also the sizes of PVC (if necessary, you can slightly exceed the upper horizontal line, only upwards)
