The files have common basic fields but may differ in the number of fields.
Example of basic fields:

1. Create a web interface for accessing imported data. I prefer php and its frameworks. However, I am open to other arguments.
2. Access levels to the data:
First – full access (editing, reading everything, adding users)
Second – reading the database and only editing the action field.
3. It is necessary to combine all data into a database (mysql or something else) by importing manually or writing functionality for this.
- Values in missing data fields default to NULL.
4. It is necessary to add three system fields: action, action_date, and update.
Action - select the status of the record: current, not current, in progress.
action_date – date of updating the action field
update – date and time of updating any data from other fields
5. Provide pagination with an indication of how many records are displayed.
6. Provide a filter by fields. For example, for country, there could be a dropdown list to select the required countries. For the phone field, you can search by partial match of the number. For the birth_date field, select a date range for filtering.
