Technical assignment: Importing products from Prom.ua to Rozetka

1. General requirements

1.1. The import of products must comply with the requirements of the Rozetka marketplace. 1.2. All product cards must pass moderation before publication. 1.3. Payment for the completed work is made after successful moderation of products on Rozetka. 1.4. The work is carried out according to an agreed list of products.

2. Data preparation

2.1. Information gathering:

• Exporting data from Prom.ua (name, description, characteristics, photos, prices, availability, article, SKU, brand, categories).
• Checking the relevance of the data and correcting possible errors (duplicates, incorrect names and descriptions).

2.2. Editing product cards:

• Bringing product names to a unified style according to Rozetka's requirements.
• Optimizing descriptions (removing unnecessary characters, correcting spelling, formatting for sales).
• Filling in characteristics according to the product category.
• Removing advertising elements and contact information (if any).
• Checking and correcting images (compliance with Rozetka's quality and background requirements).
• Selecting relevant keywords to improve SEO.
• Forming correct prices (comparing with competitors, adding markup if necessary).

3. Importing to Rozetka

3.1. Creating the import file:

• Exporting data in the required format (CSV, XLSX, XML).
• Checking the file structure according to Rozetka's requirements.
• Test importing of several items to check correctness.

3.2. Uploading products to Rozetka:

• Using the seller's personal account or Rozetka API.
• Checking the correctness of the display of cards after uploading.
• Making corrections in case of comments from moderators.

4. Moderation and corrections

4.1. Monitoring the status of product moderation. 4.2. Correcting comments if moderation is not passed on the first attempt. 4.3. Resubmitting products for review.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment is made after the successful completion of moderation for all products. 5.2. Staged payment is possible in case of a large volume of work. 5.3. Payment terms are agreed in advance.
