Судячи по геометрію step файли були отримані з mesh геометрії. Тому там моделі гранні, і не розпізнаються як гладкі тіла.
Тут потрібно заново моделювати ці труби -

чтобы не моделировать заново

Якщо будуть вихідні mesh файли можна спробувати конвертнути їх в тверді тіла, за допомогою спеціальних доповнень чи програм. Це трохи згладить поверхню, але ідеальний циліндр можна отримати тільки якщо моделювати заново.
З якої програми отримані ці файли? Можна отримати моделі в інших форматах?

Судячи по логам файли Open CASCADE. Це здається моделювання за допомогою програмного коду. Це не класичний CAD з тілами поверхнями
