- Примеры информации по клиентам(поля). Или выдумывать самостоятельно?
- Права доступа. Подходит ли такая схема(роли) - администратор, который видит\может работать со всеми заявками, и менеджер, который видит\работает только со своими заявками?
- Отчеты. Я понимаю, что это выборки по клиентам и менеджерам, но нужны примеры

2) Права доступа - да подходит. Только администратора переименовываем в манагера, а менеджера в инженера.
3) Отчеты - да. По выборкам по сотрудникам или клиентам, соответствующим определенным параметрам, например: адрес, дата заведения в систему, дата выполнения заявки.
