Задачу которую вы описали предлагаю реализовать используя готовые решения (готовые решения это видео с определенной структурой, эффектами иллюстрациями или анимациями, в том числе и персонажная анимация).
Таким образом часть процессов, таких как создание иллюстраций и их анимация убираються, стоимость видео и процесс создания будет более быстрый и соответственно цена будет на порядок ниже, в сравнении с авторской анимацией.
