I would start in this order: first, domain authentication (it affects the deliverability of everything else), then incoming/outgoing calls with transcription, setting up the calendar, disabling SMS - and after that, a written implementation plan to have a clear understanding of what is already working and what comes next.
A few questions:
Do you already have a dedicated sending domain, or do we need to set it up and connect it to Google Workspace?
For calls - are you using the native LC Phone from GHL, or a third-party provider (Twilio, Vonage, etc.)?
Is this a new GHL account/subaccount, or an existing one that needs to be reconfigured?
