Inno setup php decompiler
Потрібно витягнути файл (за іменем) з інсталятора створеного в InnoSetup та заберегти його. PHP.
В результаті буде запускатись ось так:
s = extractFile('models.ini', '/path_to_installer_exe');В мережі є багато таких на C++, потрібно перевести в PHP

Perl не пойдёт? Из PHP можно через exec() выполнить.
