Instagram Lead Manager / Outreach Manager

Looking for a person for outsourcing who will help with processing and warming up incoming traffic on Instagram.
Tasks:
• Track new followers and activity on the account
• Write to new followers in direct messages (according to the script)
• Show activity on their pages (likes, comments, follow if necessary)
• Lead people to a call with me
• After the call — do follow-up: reminders, warming up, maintaining contact
• Keep a simple table with leads and statuses
Requirements:
• Ability to write correctly in Russian and/or English
• Communicative, initiative
• Experience in sales, lead generation, Instagram management — will be a plus
• Willingness to work according to scripts and funnels
• work needs to be according to American time (US time zone)
Work format:
• Remote
• Part-time
• Payment is negotiable (fixed + bonuses for results — by agreement)
