I can do the project through integration in make (integromat).
Structure of the solution:
Create 3 scenarios in Make (each has 3 parts).
1. Product write-off
* Trigger: change of order status to "Packing"
* Automatically write off products in Skynum
* Logs: Google Sheets / Telegram
2. Stock update
* Trigger: hourly launch (interval can be changed)
* Retrieve current stock from Skynum
* Synchronize them in KeyCRM
3. Financial data
* Trigger: status "Paid"
* Transfer amount, date, and payment method to Skynum
* Additionally - log in Sheets or message in Telegram.
I will write the instructions for failures separately.
Regarding deadlines - 4 days (1 day for each scenario + 1 day for final testing).

Good day, Artem! I can set up all processes in Make. I suggest adding error handling logic to the scenario, and if nothing works, send failure notifications to a table or Telegram.
I specialize in integrating and optimizing various processes, including through APIs. I have set up similar logic for writing off and updating balances in Google Sheets, Airtable. I have worked with Pipedrive, Hubspot. Therefore, I can establish a stable process between KeyCRM ↔ Skynum.
Estimated completion time - 7 days.
I can record a video instruction or create a written one, then the deadlines will be a bit longer. Also, I remain in touch after the collaboration ends.
