1. What needs to be done — in three steps
Product Write-off
When an order in KeyCRM changes to the status “Packing”, we immediately deduct the required quantity of the product from the warehouse in Skynum via API.
Stock Update
Once an hour (or less frequently, if I specify), we retrieve the actual stock from Skynum and update the quantity in KeyCRM so that both systems have the same figures.
Finance Export
After changing the order status to “Paid”, we send payment data (amount, date, method) to Skynum.
Data on all payments for the day/week can additionally be exported to CSV / Google Sheets.

4. The result I want to achieve
A working scenario/script with my keys.
Instructions: how to enable, configure, and recover in case of failure.
Error logs — in Google Sheets or messages in Telegram, to immediately see if something goes wrong.

Structure of the solution:
Create 3 scenarios in Make (each has 3 parts).
1. Product write-off
* Trigger: change of order status to "Packing"
* Automatically write off products in Skynum
… * Logs: Google Sheets / Telegram
2. Stock update
* Trigger: hourly launch (interval can be changed)
* Retrieve current stock from Skynum
* Synchronize them in KeyCRM
3. Financial data
* Trigger: status "Paid"
* Transfer amount, date, and payment method to Skynum
* Additionally - log in Sheets or message in Telegram.
I will write the instructions for failures separately.
Regarding deadlines - 4 days (1 day for each scenario + 1 day for final testing).
